I consent to ByFly Group LLP (BIN 261040023460, address: Республика Казахстан, г. Алматы, ул. Айтеке би, д. 100, н. п. 71) processing my map reports in the ByFly Taxi service — "error here", "entrance here", "camera", "road closed" — with a point on the map, the time and a photo, if I attach one.
1.Review: every report is checked by a staff member. Faces of people and car numbers in photos are hidden; if they cannot be hidden, the photo is rejected. Only ByFly staff see the report and the photo; the photo opens for them via a link that is valid for 10 minutes. The report is checked by a ByFly program on our servers in Kazakhstan. Everyone sees the map correction — without the photo and without naming the author.
2.What is passed outside: confirmed map corrections may be passed to the open map OpenStreetMap under the terms of its licence (ODbL) — only the correction itself (the point and the description), without the photo and without personal data. Photos and information about me are not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it. Photos and information about me are not published or disseminated in publicly available sources; only the correction itself, without personal data, goes to the open map OpenStreetMap.
3.Where they are kept: on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Photos and information about me are not sent outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.Term of the consent: while my ByFly Taxi account is active or until the consent is withdrawn.
5.Retention periods are counted from the decision on the report or, if there is no decision, from the closing of the report. The photo is deleted after 180 days, the link between the report and me after 1 year. After that the map correction is kept without my data: who sent it and from which device is removed, and the point and the time are shown less precisely if they could identify me (for example, a home or a parking place). If there is a dispute about the report or a reward credited for it, the data are kept until the dispute is closed. Records of points or money credited for a report are kept for 5 years, like other money records.
6.The consent is optional: the service works without it, only map reports are not available. I can withdraw the consent in the app — the rider in the profile, section "Documents", the driver in the "Documents and vehicle" section; after withdrawal map reports cannot be sent, and photos and information about me in reports already sent are deleted within 15 business days.
