I agree to receive SMS and push notifications about promotions, discounts and news of ByFly Taxi from ByFly Group LLP (BIN 261040023460, address: Республика Казахстан, г. Алматы, ул. Айтеке би, д. 100, н. п. 71). Only my phone number is used for SMS, and only the push notification identifier of my device is used for push notifications. Service SMS (login codes, trip status) and notifications about orders and trips come regardless of this consent. This consent is optional and is not given by default; refusing it does not affect orders, trips or a driver's work. Term of the consent: while my ByFly Taxi account exists or until I withdraw the consent. I can opt out at any time in the app — for riders in the profile, the "News and offers" switch, for drivers in the settings, the "News and offers" switch — and the messages stop at once.
To send an SMS, my phone number and the text of the message are passed to the owner of the sending service, ByFly LLP (BIN 231040040048), and to the SMS operator SMSC; these data are not transferred outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. To deliver a push notification, the identifier of my device for notifications and the text of the notification are passed to the push notification delivery services Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service (Apple). Google and Apple are US companies; notifications are delivered through their servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the data are transferred across the border. Data are not passed to other third parties, except where the law requires it. Data are not published or disseminated in publicly available sources.
